We started brewing in 2004 in Red Hook, Brooklyn, on the foundation of “Mad Science.” To us, beer is both an art and a science. To celebrate this approach, we kicked off the Mad Science Series, a monthly draft-only release of some of our most exciting & innovative brews yet.
