- AGE POLICY
Must be 21 years of age to order; a valid ID (21+) and signature is required at delivery.
- ORDER PROCESSING & LEAD TIMES
We strive to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days. However, delays may occur, extending processing time up to 5-7 business days or longer. Please note that the estimated time to ship reflects order processing time and not delivery time.
Our business shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate at the time of order placement. Failed delivery attempts and returned shipments due to incorrect information will be considered non-refundable.
- CARRIERS
Depending on the product category and location, we may use different shipping methods, including but not limited to services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
- LOST PACKAGES / UNDELIVERED ITEMS
The Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments once the order has been processed, marked as shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. If your package is lost or undelivered, you must complete the missing mail order process with the respective carrier.

We do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is provided as the shipping address, this may result in order delays or cancellations.
