SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?
In order to provide you with services, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience when you use our site.
Personally Identifiable Information: This is information that provides us with specific information about you. When you use this site for items such as registering an account, ordering a product, entering a contest or providing us feedback, we may ask you to provide us with specific information about yourself by filling out and submitting an on-line form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you do elect to engage in these activities on our site, we may ask for personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone numbers, and other personal identifying information. At this time, we use PayPal as our payment agent, so we currently do not obtain credit card information ourselves. However, should we begin to collect payment through our site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number and other information relating to that account. Depending upon the activity, you may be required to provide the information as a condition to engaging in the activity on our site, so that if you do not provide the requested information, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather information about you in several ways. This information may be compiled and analyzed on a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the web site you just visited, the URL that you visit when you leave our site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (“TCP/IP”) network, such as the World Wide Web, a number automatically assigned to your computer or device when you are surfing the Web. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet. Networks like the Web use TCP/IP to route information based on the IP address of the destination.
SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE GET YOUR CONSENT?
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like providing marketing e-mail, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
SECTION 3 – HOW WILL WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and determine what pages are being viewed.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include third-party service providers, such as PayPal , who assist us in conducting our business or servicing you or operating our website, so long as those parties use such information only for the purpose of providing services to you on behalf of us.
SECTION 4 – HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT TO RECEIVE E-MAIL MARKETING?
If you opt-in to receive e-mail notifications, but you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to continue to send e-mails by contacting us at email@example.com or mailing us at:
