Sixpoint breaks down the science of the flavor you crave from an IPA — resin. The first beer to be offered in slim, 12 oz. cans, Resin is a burst of golden sap from the center of the hop cones, at peak maturity. Sixpoint Brewmaster Jan Matysiak explains the pursuit of the daring balance between Resin’s extreme 103 IBU hop bitterness and 9.1% ABV profile, all while exploring the roots of nature’s inseparable bond between fire and flavor.

The event, held in late March, celebrates animals as a part of the family and of the community as a whole. All proceeds for the festival are donated to the Humane Society of New York, which fosters the better treatment of animals throughout the city.
Ever wondered what drove Norse warriors berserk? In their day, the Berserkers drank a potent elixir of herbs before a battle. Today, we might fuel up with coffee on a busy day, or relax after one with beer. Berserker Bock is the culmination of two masters of each trade, with Sixpoint teaming up with Stumptown Coffee Roasters to create a coffee bock lager. Choosing to cold-brew the coffee beans sourced by Stumptown’s Duane Sorenson, the brewers also cold-fermented the beer for a truly unique, smooth-tasting coffee-flavored bock.
